1. My Account

1.1 How is my customer account created?

  • Automatically: When you place an order, the system creates a customer profile.
  • Manually: You may also create an account via the login page or sign-up form.
  • By invitation: Sometimes we may invite you to register via special promotions.

1.2 How can I log in to my account?

  • New Customers: Enter your email → receive a 6-digit verification code → log in (no password required).
  • Legacy Customers: If you previously created a password account, you can log in with email + password.
  • Shop App: You can also log in via the Shop app.

1.3 Why didn’t I receive the login code?

  • Make sure you are using the same email as at checkout.
  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • If you still don’t receive the code, try again later or contact our support team.

1.4 What can I see after logging in?
After logging in, you can:

  • View current and past orders
  • Check order status and shipping updates
  • Manage your shipping addresses and contact info

1.5 Can I view my old orders if I use a different email?
No. Orders are linked to the email used at checkout. Logging in with a different email will not show previous orders.

1.6 Can I still use my old password account?
Yes. If you previously registered a password account, you can still log in with email + password. New customers don’t need a password—just an email verification code.

2. Orders

2.1 How can I place an order?
Add items to your cart while browsing. Once ready, click “Checkout,” fill in your shipping info, and choose a payment method. We will ship your order within 1–2 business days. Our support team is available if needed.

2.2 How can I see my previous orders?
Log in and click “Customer Account” → “Your Orders.” On the desktop website, the icon is at the top right; on the website (mobile), it is at the bottom right.

2.3 Can I order from abroad?
We mainly ship within the United States. Some products can be shipped to Canada and other specified countries, but additional shipping fees may apply. The checkout page will show available countries and corresponding shipping costs.

2.4 What happens after I place an order?
You will receive a confirmation email listing your items, billing and shipping info, and payment method. Your order will then be shipped. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return.

3. Payments

3.1 Why was my credit card payment declined?
Possible reasons include typos, invalid card, missing verification, or website errors. You can also use alternative payment methods, such as PayPal.

3.2 Payment methods
We accept Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. All payments are processed securely, and no additional transaction fees are charged.

4. Coupons & Refunds

4.1 How do I redeem my voucher?
Enter your voucher code in the “Voucher code” field at checkout. The order total will be immediately reduced by the voucher amount.

4.2 What happens if I return my ordered items?
You can return items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Time

Shipping Info:

  • US Warehouse In-stock: 3–4 business days
  • 🌍 International shipping (if US out of stock): 7–10 business days
  • 🚲 Bicycles: 20–25 business days

Orders are prioritized from US warehouses first. No additional taxes are charged.

5.2 Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $29.99: free shipping

  • Other orders: $4.99 shipping fee

  • Bicycles: an additional $100 shipping fee applies

5.3 How can I confirm my order was placed correctly?
Check your order confirmation email or view orders in your account. For any questions, contact our support via the contact form.
